The Public Service Commission (PSC) of Kenya and Emerging Public Leaders (EPL) have announced a renewed collaboration to bolster leadership development through the launch of Cohort 3 of the Public Service Emerging Leadership Fellowship Program.
The initiative was discussed during a meeting at Commission House, hosted by PSC Chairperson Amb. Anthony Muchiri
Amb. Muchiri highlighted the Fellowship Program’s focus on enhancing professionalism and embedding ethics and integrity within Kenya’s public service. “This partnership is pivotal in cultivating a new generation of public servants committed to excellence and accountability,” he stated. The program aims to equip participants with critical leadership skills to drive transformative change in public administration.

The EPL delegation, led by Executive Director Ms. Abigail Kajumbi, included Global Executive Director Mr. Emmanuel Lubebembe and Advisory Board Member for Kenya, Mr. Con Omore. PSC representatives, including Commissioner Dr. Irene Asienge, Commission Secretary Mr. Paul Famba, and Deputy Commission Secretary Dr. Sylvester Obong’o, also attended, underscoring the commitment to strengthening this strategic alliance for Kenya’s public sector growth.
