Managing Director of Bulk Oil Storage and Transport (BOST) Edwin Provençal has concluded his staff engagement tour of the Northern Depots at Buipe.
This comes after his earlier visits to the Savelugu Booster Station and the Bolgatanga depot earlier in the week.
These internal stakeholder meetings forms part of Provençal’s commitment to maintaining transparency in administration and updating staff on the ongoing five-year strategy.
The company encouraged open dialogue during these sessions, allowing staff to discuss various topics with the MD, ranging from staff welfare to the broader strategic direction of the organization.

The Managing Director, Edwin Provençal ended his 2023 second half staff engagements of the Northern Depots at Buipe in the Savanna Region today, October 25th 2023. He earlier in the week had similar heartwarming encounters with the staff of the Savelugu Booster Station and the Bolgatanga depot.
The internal stakeholder engagements are part of the Managing Director’s routine of ensuring a transparent administration and keeping staff up to date on the five year strategy in motion.
Staff are permitted to interact with the MD on all matters spanning staff welfare to the strategic direction of the company.
