A statement signed by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, noted that President Tinubu had earlier constituted the board of the Exchange in April this year, appointing Dalhatu Abubakar as Chairman alongside other Non-Executive Directors.
According to the statement, the President expects the new appointee to deploy her wealth of experience and professionalism toward strengthening the operations of the exchange and advancing the Federal Government’s efforts to deepen commodity trading across the country.
The administration also believes her appointment will support improved market access for farmers and investors while contributing to broader economic growth and development.
