InstinctWave UK- Nairobi, September 9, 2023. The 2023 Africa Public Sector Awards took place over the weekend in Kenya’s capital Nairobi.

Being the 4th edition organized by InstinctWave Limited, the historical moment saw several notable institutions from Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, Botswana and Nigeria receive awards for their excellence in public service delivery.

InstinctWave Chief Executive Officer Akin Naphtal explained that being the only continental recognition and reward scheme of its kind, the Africa Public Sector Conference and Awards’ first edition took place in 2018 in Accra Ghana and has since then grown to become a truly inclusive program which has seen public sector managers in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria, and Ghana cited for great achievements in their specific areas of responsibility.

“We are extremely excited to present the awards here in Nairobi, which has just held a highly successful Africa Climate Summit and Africa Climate Week. As an ISO certified company that is domiciled in the UK, with offices in Ghana and Nigeria, we are proud to have set up a satellite here in Kenya,” he noted.
