Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) has received a courtesy visit from the Zambia Development Agency, led by Assistant Director of the Trade Taxes Unit, Mr. Jonathan Phiri, for an insightful study visit.
The delegation’s primary focus was on gathering information on best practices in value addition within Ghana’s processing and manufacturing sector.
Discussions also revolved around the potential establishment of a Trade House in Zambia, surrounded by about nine countries, aiming to bolster trade relations between the nations.
The exchange of ideas highlighted the commitment of both parties to strengthen bilateral relations and leverage the benefits of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement, setting a promising tone for future collaboration.
