The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana has organized a training session, sensitizing staff on Client Relationship Management.
This training facilitated by Mrs. Audrey Quarcoo, Director of Corporate Affairs forms part of the Agencies ongoing environmental education initiative.
“As part of the Agency’s ongoing environmental education initiative, the Director of the EPA Greater Accra East Regional office, Madam Sally Biney organized a training session for staff in the Regional office. Mrs. Audrey Quarcoo, Director of Corporate Affairs was invited to facilitate the training centered on Client Relationship Management,” EPA wrote on Facebook.
The training, held on Friday, April 26th, is expected to equip officers with the necessary skills, knowledge, and attitudes for effective front-line operations management.
Mrs. Quarcoo reiterated the importance of effective client relationship management, communicating our core mandates, and effective collaborative relationships with clients of the Agency.
