UNDP Kenya has officially launched the Accelerating Clean Cooking Action project.
The launch was done in partnership with the Embassy of Japan in Kenya and the Ministry of Energy Kenya.
Aligned with Kenya’s ambitious goal of achieving a 100% clean cooking transition by 2028, this collaborative effort signifies a significant step towards sustainable and environmentally friendly cooking practices.
The initiative aims to address the pressing need for cleaner energy solutions, contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and promoting a healthier living environment for the people of Kenya.
UNDP Kenya expressed their appreciation for the ongoing efforts, stating, “Thanks to the Embassy of Japan in Kenya and the Ministry of Energy, we applaud the milestones achieved in delivering the project.”
