Deputy Secretary of Administration of the State Department for Environment and Climate, Change Cornelius Sangura has on Friday March 31, 2023 represented Principal Secretary Eng Festus Ng’eno at the launch of an Automatic Weather Station at Nkorika in Kajiado County.
The weather station was upgraded by the Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD) as part of the World Bank sponsored Kenya Climate Smart Agriculture Project (KCSAP).
This forms part of the aim of automating weather stations in 24 Counties covered by KCSAP across the Country.
