Forensic pathologists say initial results indicate that at least 20 young people – aged between 14 and 20 – who died at a party in East London inhaled or ingested something that led to their deaths. National crime scene experts have been sent to the Eastern Cape to help with the investigation into the tragedy, the Daily Maverick reports.
The victims’ bodies were found slumped over chairs and couches at the Enyobeni Tavern in Scenery Park in the coastal city in the Eastern Cape province.
