Rwanda’s Minister of Public Service and Labour, Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, has been declared as Africa Public Sector magazine’s “Minister of the Week”.
The Minister of the week ranking is a weekly accreditation of Top Ministers in Africa, with high scrutiny, the best performing Minister is been recognized and listed.
The highly-rated APS Minister of the Week is a weekly review of the performances of the African government’s ministers.
The indefatigable and vibrant Honorable Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan, Minister of Public Service and Labour served as Vice President of the High Commercial Court and Judge in the Commercial High Court, the High Court. She also occupied different positions in Rwanda’s Banking sector. Experienced Judge, skilled in International Trade Law, Legal Advisory and, Legal Research, Minister Rwanyindo holds a Masters degree in Corporate Law from University of Kinshasa; LLB from the National University of Rwanda and LLM from University of the Witwatersrand.

Rwanyindo Kayirangwa Fanfan is credited for her strong leadership skills, her outstanding contributions in improving the public service, her steadfastness in serving the people of her country relentlessly and her dedication that is geared towards bringing out the best in public administration and her consistent excellence over the years.
Africa Public Sector Magazine’s Minister of the Week is targeted at showcasing the achievements of ministers across the African continent; by promoting their good works, right policies and exceptional leadership in various ministries across Africa.
It’s also aimed at inspiring public service officials to be competitive and promote efficient service delivery for African citizens.
