She emphasised the critical importance of health and overall well-being, noting that many women often neglect their personal health while juggling family responsibilities and professional obligations. According to her, maintaining good health is essential for sustained productivity and long-term impact.
Mrs. Titilayo also encouraged women to remain resilient, particularly in male-dominated environments, urging them to view challenges not as barriers but as stepping stones to growth and success. She further stressed the need for women to actively mentor others, foster collaboration within teams, and contribute to building inclusive workplaces.

Highlighting the role of community and support systems, she urged women to build strong networks that can drive both personal and professional advancement. She challenged participants to reflect on their individual impact by asking, “Who have you mentored, and what legacy are you creating?”
The session featured a mix of health-focused and capacity-building activities, reinforcing NITDA’s commitment to gender inclusion, professional development, and the overall well-being of its workforce.
