The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced a scheduled two-day emergency maintenance on the CLOU Prepayment Metering System’s server.
The maintenance works are set to commence on Thursday, January 25, starting from 12:00 midnight, and will conclude on Friday, January 26, at 10:00 am.
To minimize disruptions during this period, ECG is urging all CLOU prepaid customers to ensure they purchase sufficient credit to cover their electricity consumption for the duration of the maintenance.
The company issued a statement expressing regret for any inconvenience caused to affected customers and emphasized the importance of preparing for the temporary downtime.
” The Electricity Company of Ghana will undertake an emergency maintenance works on the CLOU Prepayment Metering System’s server.
All CLOU prepaid customers are therefore being advised to purchase enough credit that will last for the period of the downtime.
