Botswana Power Corporation (BPC) has announce the cancellation of the scheduled power interruption originally set to take place today from 0900HRS to 1600HRS at Lobatse-Motswedi.
The abrupt announcement came through an official statement released by the corporation earlier today.
Reasons for this decision is yet to be communicated.
The initial plan of power interruption was part of BPC’s strategy to facilitate necessary modifications to the electrical systems in the region, a move that had been communicated to the affected residents and businesses well in advance.
