The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced plans to undertake emergency maintenance works on the CLOU Prepayment Metering System’s server.
This essential maintenance will impact the buying and selling of prepaid credit at vending points, leading to a temporary disruption in services.
The downtime is scheduled from Friday, September 27, to Sunday, September 29.
In light of the upcoming maintenance, all CLOU prepaid customers were urged to purchase enough prepaid credit to cover the duration of the downtime.
