The Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) is hosting the Botswana Medicines Regulatory Authority in a four-day study tour from November 27th to 30th, 2023.
This according to the Authority is to enhance regulatory standards and foster international collaboration in medicine regulation.
This effort underscores the commitment of both regulatory bodies to advancing their expertise, sharing best practices, and collectively contributing to the global advancement of pharmaceutical oversight.
Through this exchange, the FDA aims to create a platform for mutual learning and dialogue, reinforcing the importance of regulatory harmonization in ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicines on a broader scale.
