Kenya Electricity Generating Company PLC (KenGen) in partnership with USAID and eMentoringAfrica has launched the KenGen E-Mentoring Platform.
The goal according to the company is to create and strengthen capacity development programs amongst employees, and to mentor KenGen’s leaders of tomorrow.
The collaboration comes with programs that aim to strengthen operations by identifying and implementing best practices both at a personal and professional level.
