The Zambian government has expressed strong support for the African Development Fund’s (ADF) transformative initiatives, highlighting their role in improving lives across the nation.
Speaking at the opening of the third technical meeting for the replenishment of the ADF17 in Lusaka, Acting Minister of Finance and National Planning ,Charles Mulupi emphasized the tangible benefits of the fund’s projects.
“Behind every figure, every project, and every policy are real people and communities whose lives are being transformed through our shared commitment to sustainable development,” Mulupi said. He noted that attendees would witness the impact firsthand during visits to select ADF-supported projects in Zambia.

The ADF, a critical arm of the African Development Bank Group, focuses on fostering economic growth and social progress in Africa’s most vulnerable nations.
