The 6th Africa Public Sector Conference & Awards (APSCA 2025) will commence from tommorrow,October 7–9, 2025, at Westin Hotels, Convention Square, Lower Long St, Cape Town, , bringing together ministers, chief executives, policymakers, and innovators from across the continent.
Under the theme “Innovation in Africa’s Public Sector: Building a Digitally-Driven, Sustainable & Integrated Continent,” the event aims to chart a bold path for Africa’s governance transformation.
APSCA 2025 will feature keynote addresses from prominent leaders, including Felix Koske, Chief of Staff of Kenya, who will highlight Kenya’s e-Government success; Marius Fransman, former South African Deputy Minister of International Relations; Leonard Mkude, Tanzania’s Accountant General; Julius Debrah, Chief of Staff of Ghana; and Omolola Oloworaran, Director-General of Nigeria’s National Pension Commission among others. These sessions will set the stage for discussions on digital governance, sustainable energy, trade facilitation, and regional integration.
The conference comes at a pivotal moment as Africa embraces a digital revolution, with platforms like Kenya’s eCitizen, Rwanda’s Irembo, and GhanaCard redefining public service delivery. APSCA 2025 will explore how governments can leverage technology for efficiency, promote sustainable policies, foster cross-border collaboration through the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), strengthen public-private partnerships, and advance gender inclusion in leadership.
Highlights include a two-day main conference with ministerial panels and expert discussions on digital transformation, energy, water, finance, and trade. A dedicated Women in Leadership Conference will celebrate female excellence in governance, while the Africa Top 30 Sustainable Companies Recognition will honor ESG-driven institutions. An Exhibition Pavilion and Continental Innovation Spotlight will showcase cutting-edge solutions from ministries, state agencies, and private sector innovators.
