The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has opened a new ultra-modern regional office in Narhman, Ga East Municipality.
This facility, which replaces the former office near the 37 Military Hospital, is equipped with cutting-edge digital tools to enhance operations, ensuring efficient customer service and improved driver and vehicle licensing.
Speaking at the inauguration, Kwasi Agyeman Busia, DVLA’s Chief Executive, reiterated the authority’s dedication to public service.
“Our goal is to serve our clients in a conducive environment with efficiency, safety, and convenience,” he stated, emphasizing that the new office represents DVLA’s commitment to embracing technological innovation while maintaining high standards.
Deputy Transport Minister Hassan Sulemana Tampuli, who also addressed the gathering, underscored the significance of road safety, calling the new facility a “key milestone” in improving Ghana’s transport sector.
He expressed confidence that this development, along with ongoing programs, would help address the tragic toll of road accidents.
