The Rwanda National Police (RNP) Fire and Rescue Brigade (FRB), on Tuesday, July 9, concluded a week-long training for 20 ISCO private security personnel.
The training held at the (RNP) General Headquarters in Kacyiru, highlighted eight key fire safety measures, including evacuation emergency procedures and drills, fire risk assessment and firefighting and practices.
They also acquired skills on how to refill fire extinguishers, providing First Aid and fire brigade equipment.
The fire safety training is part of the RNP strategies to equip private security service providers, public and private institutions as well as the general public with knowledge and skills to prevent related emergencies and how to respond in case of fire outbreak.
