The Senior Programme Manager for Governance and Arts at African Leadership Academy (ALA), Amanda Chembezi, has paid a courtesy visit to the Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) in a bid to foster collaborative avenues and share insights on transformative leadership initiatives.
During her visit, Chembezi engaged with the Executive Secretary of LJLA, Mrs. Ayisat Agbaje-Okunade while exchanging ideas and experiences aimed at the leadership development of the Fellows of the two institutions.
The engagement provided a platform for both institutions to explore potential collaborations and partnerships aimed at furthering their shared goals of nurturing leadership excellence among young change-oriented individuals.
“The exchange of ideas and experiences between Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy and the African Leadership Academy is invaluable”, Chembezi remarked.
On her part, Agbaje-Okunade reiterated the commitment of LJLA to collaborate with vital stakeholders to advance the mission of grooming transformative leaders across Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
“This collaboration would highlight the significance of fostering cross-cultural understanding and the shared commitment of empowering young individuals with the skills and mindset needed to drive positive change in their communities and beyond”, she added.
