National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has organized a Technical Working Group (TWG) roundtable discussion on “Collaboration Towards Digitalisation and Entrepreneurial Evolution”.
The discussion currently underway in Gombe, is covering both Bauchi and Gombe states.
In a statement released on X, this morning, the agency wrote “The TWG is committed to fostering the development and growth of ICT in these states, bringing together stakeholders for collaborative brainstorming.”
The goal according to the statement is to craft a workable document that would not only spur technological advancements but also drive economic growth in line with governments priority area to ‘Accelerate diversification through industrialisation, digitisation, creative arts, manufacturing & innovation.’
“NITDA views this meeting as a veritable platform to pool knowledge, experience, and expertise, to co-create solutions, articulate strategies, and extend services to all stakeholders, especially at the grassroots, which is in conformity with the agency’s pillar to ‘Forge Strategic Partnerships and Collaboration’ by leveraging the strengths and expertise of diverse stakeholders,” the agency added.
