Population statistics should help in coming up with initiatives that would respond to the population dynamics.
His Honour the Acting President Mr Slumber Tsogwane said this addressing Heads of Departments in Letlhakane recently.
His Honour informed the attendants that population statistics should be a guide for the district’s strategic planning in-order to improve livelihoods in the area.
He said statistics should also advise on the level of poverty and yield informed development plans.
The meeting was attended by all Heads of Departments of Boteti District.
