Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change ans Forestry, Hon. Soipan Tuya CBS has assured President William Ruto and the people of Kenya, her commitment to deliver the ministry’s broad mandate.
Speaking during a thanksgiving service on jUNE 4, 2023, she stressed that she will not fail her mandate include restoration of the country’s degraded ecosystems by growing 15bn trees by the year 2032.

“Your Excellency, I want to promise you infront of all these people here today, I won’t let you down,” CS Tuya assured President Ruto during her thanksgiving ceremony held at her Leshuta home in Narok County.
