Kenya Airways (KQ) has announced a new inflight dining experience for its Business Class and Economy Class cabins on specific medium and long-haul flights.
The new services include a revamped menu featuring sustainably locally sourced ingredients, as well as a new plating service for Business Class and a tray service for Economy Class.
The aim is to enhance the airline’s customer service delivery and offering across all touch points, with personalized culinary experiences that reflect African authenticity, hospitality, and simplicity.
Starting from May 1st, Kenya Airways will introduce an improved menu and plating service for Business Class passengers on four long-haul international flights, namely Paris, Amsterdam, New York, and London.
The new services will then be rolled out to Economy Class passengers on specific routes starting from July 3rd.
New services according to the body has been carefully crafted from customer feedback, years of research, and testing to ensure it is responsive to customers’ needs and expectations.
