Philippine Ambassador to South Africa, Noralyn Jubaira Baja has met with Director of South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation’s Diplomatic Training Research and Development Institute (DTRDI), Andries Oosthuizen.
The meeting which was held on March 30, 2023 soughted to discussing and exchanging views on how to implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was signed between the Foreign Service Institute of the Philippines and DTRDI on 23 February 2023.
The MOU seeks to facilitate closer cooperation and collaboration in the field of diplomatic training and research between the Philippines and South Africa.
