The Kenya Ports Authority has welcomed it’s new Managing Director, Captain William Kipkemboi Ruto.
Captain Ruto’s appointment according to the Authority was to take effect on 10th March 2023.
Captain Ruto, is the immediate former GM Kisumu Port and has vast experience in the Maritime Industry, having worked for the Authority since 1991.
