The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration has cautioned Ghanaians to avoid non-essential travel to Abuja, Nigeria.
This follows the unpredictable security situation in the city. There has been a numerous count of unsafe occurrences including high danger of terrorism, criminality, inter-communal conflict, armed attacks and kidnapping.
Travellors have therefore been ensured to take precautionary measures if travel is necessary.
