The French Ambassador to Ghana, Anne Sophie Ave, has commended Ghana’s National Lottery Authority (NLA) for introducing innovative ideas and technology to make lotteries attractive in Ghana.
Ambassador Anne Sophie Ave says under the new leadership, NLA has been visible in the media space as well as in its activities.
“Since the appointment of Mr. Awuku as Director-General, I have seen the changes and innovations at the NLA, it’s always in the media space for good reasons”.
Ambassador Anne Sophie Ave was speaking at a meeting with officials of the NLA after paying a working visit to the Authority to ascertain their work.
She says “From afar, l have seen the good things the management is doing and l want to urge them to keep it up”.
The Director-General of the NLA, Sammi Awuku, thanked the French Ambassador for the visit and the kind words of inspiration.
“We at the NLA appreciate these words of encouragement, and we will do our best to make things better.”
