Emaar Misr and Misr El-Kheir Foundation has signed a cooperation protocol to start the first phase of “Boyout El Kheir” (Homes of Generosity) project to enhance the living conditions of thousands of eligible poor families in the villages and governorates of Egypt.
The cooperation is currently under the supervision of Ministry of Solidarity and the first stage includes developing 1000 units and providing 500 projects for low-income families and also governorates of Behira, Aswan, and Matrouh and the project will be completed before the end of this year.
Furthermore, the protocol noted that for every unit sold by Emaar one unit to be given to poor people will be developed in return.
The Chairperson, Ali Gomaa, Misr El-Kheir, said that the project targets the most people in need to provide them with safe and human homes.
