The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has urged the public to embrace the Cylinder Recirculation Model (CRM).
The NPA highlighted the convenience, safety, and affordability associated with CRM, emphasizing its potential to revolutionize LPG usage.
The Head of the Department for Consumer Services, Mrs. Eunice Budu Nyarko, made the call at a CRM and gas safety sensitisation workshop at the Mt. Olivet Methodist Church in Dansoman, a suburb of Accra, on Sunday.
During the workshop, Mrs. Budu Nyarko emphasized the importance of adhering to safety measures to prevent gas-related explosions and the resulting injuries and fatalities.
She explained the objectives of CRM and its role in improving LPG access while ensuring the overall safety of its usage.
The congregants, receptive to the message, expressed their willingness to adopt CRM, and the NPA team interacted with them, distributing informative materials to further educate the public on gas safety tips.
