Makueni County has joined forces with the Kenya Tourism Board to launch a dynamic three-day promotional campaign.
The initiative, titled “Magical Makueni,” is designed to cast a spotlight on the county’s abundant cultural and natural treasures.
With a diverse range of attractions, including scenic landscapes, historical sites, and vibrant cultural experiences, Makueni aims to position itself as a key player in the lower Eastern tourism circuit.

This initiative is expected to boost local tourism as well as laying the groundwork for the development of a thriving tourism circuit in the region.
