The Volta River Authority‘s Emergency Preparedness Team (EPT) has again extended its humanitarian outreach by distributing essential relief items to Shai Osudoku District, Morklikpo, Abortia and Volo communities.
The relief items included bags of rice, maize, gari, beans, sugar, mosquito coils, sachet water, red oil, and more.
Furthermore, VRA’s Medical Team conducted health education and screening exercises at various locations, contributing to the overall well-being of the communities.
The supplies were gratefully received by the District Health Director, represented by the Physician Assistant in charge of the Dordor Health Centre, along with facility staff and community opinion leaders.
Furthermore, the Medical Team extended their support by donating medical relief items to the Community Health Planning and Services (CHPS) compounds in Morklikpo and Abortia.
