The Australian High Commission to Kenya engaged in fruitful discussions regarding bilateral defence relations and regional security matters with the Kenyan Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Defence, Hon Aden Duale.
The meeting, described as informative and useful, emphasized the commitment of both countries to strengthen their defense ties and enhance cooperation in addressing regional security challenges.
During the dialogue, Australian High Commissioner Luke Williams and Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale exchanged views on various defense-related issues, information sharing, and capacity building initiatives.

They highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in combating emerging security threats, such as terrorism and transnational crimes, which affect both Australia and Kenya.
