Kenya High Commission Rwanda on April 1, 2023 held the 9th Joint Permanent Commission for Cooperation in Kigali.
Ambassador Yobesh Monari headed the Kenyan delegation, supported by Ambassador Philip M. Githiora, acting High Commissioner in Rwanda.
The Rwandan delegation was led by Shakila Umutoni, Director General Africa, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Rwanda.
Deliberations will take place from Saturday April 1, 2023 and continue until Monday April 3, 2023.
