The Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the Republic of Kenya have agreed on exempting each others ordinary passport holders from the requirement to be in possession of a port of entry for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days per calendar year.
The visa exemption is applicable to visits other than those for which a visa as contemplated in section 13 to 24 of the Immigration Act,2002 ( Act No 13 of 2002) required.
